Meet Our Dental Office Staff

Sarah Reynolds

Administration Assistant

Sarah is one of the smiling faces you’ll meet with you enter the doors of our office. She began working for Dr Smith in 2010 as a chair side assistant, and transitioned to the front office 2 ½ years ago. With her 13 years of experience in the dental field, she is a great asset to our office! Sarah is passionate about making each patient’s experience exceed their expectations and building relationships with people. She is a team player and shares in the administrative responsibilities of our office. Sarah and her husband Michael have two sons and a daughter. She enjoys spending time outdoors, going to baseball games and ballet classes with her kiddos, and time with friends and family-especially at an Atlanta Braves game!

Jo Carol Titmas

Dental Hygienist

Jo Carol has a total of 29 years experience as a dental hygienist, and has been with our office since 2005. Originally from Maryland, she has lived in South Carolina for many years now and loves being in the South! Her passion as a hygienist is to educate patients, improve their oral hygiene and provide a comfortable experience for patients who are anxious about dental care. Jo Carol is married with three children, five grandchildren, and one very special great grandson. Her hobbies include caring for her three miniature Dachshunds, reading, trying new recipes, and spoiling the grandkids!

Jackie Russo Wade

Front Office Manager

Jackie is celebrating her 44th year working in the dental field. Originally from New Jersey, she began working in Greenville for Dr Bob Wallace in 1979 and has enjoyed working with Dr Smith since his arrival in 2009. Jackie’s favorite things about working in the dental office are the personal relationships that she has built over the years and treating patients like family. Going the extra mile is what she does best! Her duties include (but are certainly not limited to) scheduling, insurance, treatment consultations, and financial arrangements. Jackie and her husband Mike have three children and four sweet grandchildren. Together they enjoy spending time at the beach (particularly Litchfield and Amelia Island). Jackie loves reading, her “hot-tub time”, and especially spending time with her family.

Kim Mabry

Dental Hygienist

Kim is originally from Tennessee but has been in the Upstate for the 34 years. She has a total of 36 years’ experience as a hygienist, 23 of those in our office. Her greatest satisfaction is when a patient leaves our office happy with their dental visit. Over the years, she has built trust in patients who struggle with dental anxiety, and that is something she is very proud of. Making sure patients are well informed about home techniques and products that benefit their care is something that she feels is a very important part of her job. Kim is certainly someone you will feel like is a part of your extended family by the time you leave, and her hugs often seal the deal (if you don’t like hugs, you should be warned she may resort to corny jokes!). Kim and her husband Scott enjoy time with her son (Micah) and daughter in law (Becky), and caring for their two miniature Schnauzer puppies, Molly & DJ.

Selena Acree

Dental Hygienist

Selena is a Greenville native and has been working as a dental hygienist for more than 10 years here in the Upstate. We are happy that for two days a week she is a part of our team! Informing patients about the many dental products available to better assist them with home care is something she tries to incorporate into each patients visit. Selena and her husband John have three sons and one daughter (all under the age of 6). When she does have the rare occasion of a spare moment, Selena enjoys reading and sewing, also her family is involved with the English Bulldog Rescue.

Laura Gault

Dental Assistant

Laura moved to Greenville from Walterboro, SC and attended Riverside High School. She then graduated from the expanded duty dental assisting program at Greenville Technical College in 2002. Laura joined our team in 2016, bringing with her 14 previous years of chair side assisting. She not only enjoys her role as an assistant, but is passionate about what she does. Laura’s focus is on making the patient feel comfortable throughout their entire appointment-before, during, and after their procedures. Laura and her husband Joey have three beautiful children. Their family enjoys outdoor activities and anything that has to do with the North Carolina Tar Heels (literally anything)!
