Meet Our Dental Office Staff

Dr. Smith

Dr. Rackley

Administration Assistant

Sarah is one of the smiling faces you’ll meet with you enter the doors of our office. She began working for Dr Smith in 2010 as a chair side assistant, and transitioned to the front office 2 ½ years ago. With her 13 years of experience in the dental field, she is a great asset to our office! Sarah is passionate about making each patient’s experience exceed their expectations and building relationships with people. She is a team player and shares in the administrative responsibilities of our office. Sarah and her husband Michael have two sons and a daughter. She enjoys spending time outdoors, going to baseball games and ballet classes with her kiddos, and time with friends and family-especially at an Atlanta Braves game!

Dental Assistant

Laura moved to Greenville from Walterboro, SC and attended Riverside High School. She then graduated from the expanded duty dental assisting program at Greenville Technical College in 2002. Laura joined our team in 2016, bringing with her 14 previous years of chair side assisting. She not only enjoys her role as an assistant, but is passionate about what she does. Laura’s focus is on making the patient feel comfortable throughout their entire appointment-before, during, and after their procedures. Laura and her husband Joey have three beautiful children. Their family enjoys outdoor activities and anything that has to do with the North Carolina Tar Heels (literally anything)!

Dental Hygienist

Kim is originally from Tennessee but has been in the Upstate for the 34 years. She has a total of 36 years’ experience as a hygienist, 23 of those in our office. Her greatest satisfaction is when a patient leaves our office happy with their dental visit. Over the years, she has built trust in patients who struggle with dental anxiety, and that is something she is very proud of. Making sure patients are well informed about home techniques and products that benefit their care is something that she feels is a very important part of her job. Kim is certainly someone you will feel like is a part of your extended family by the time you leave, and her hugs often seal the deal (if you don’t like hugs, you should be warned she may resort to corny jokes!). Kim and her husband Scott enjoy time with her son (Micah) and daughter in law (Becky), and caring for their two miniature Schnauzer puppies, Molly & DJ.
